Karlie Kloss on Vogue mag!

I found this picture of Karlie Kloss in VOGUE magazine. It caught me instantly.

If you notice, the background is made of big squared mirrors. This reflect very particular items that caught my attention. The golden chair with the emerald seat and the black and yellow lamp made this subtle color contrast that is always desired.

Most of the picture is in neutral colors and that helped the black and white clothes to stand out. I sigh when I stare at the dress. Super short, no cleavage, elegant pattern. It is just ready to hit the city.

I did not love the shoes, I would wear this with neon blue pointy flats for the day and golden stilettos for the night. I like the shelf behind the model with the piled books, it is the décor element that made this picture unique. Bravo!

Chocolate chip cookie milk shots :D

I love sugar :( I can't help it.
And I am starving right now, and when I saw these awesome chocolate chip cookie milk shots on the internet I melted!  I couldn't help to paint a little of my red lipstick in the center glass ♥

What a magnificent invent! Sometimes I am late for work (ok maybe always) and I grab a piece of bread and a glass of milk and I eat them in the car while I am driving, after a whole week my car has more dishes than my kitchen, so I think is a very good idea that you can eat the glass too :)

What's next? Spoons made of cereal and plates made of granola? I would buy them :)

This beautiful cookies were invented recently by pastry chef  Dominique Ansel in NY, so it will be a while before I taste them :c Maybe I should try to do my own cookie shots :D but I can't afford a reconstruction of my kitchen right now, you know, because it would be on fire the moment I enter to cook there D:

hahaha ok you can see the article about these cookies here -->  http://www.nydailynews.com/life-style/eats/cronut-inventor-creates-milk-cookie-shots-article-1.1713099

Have fun today! Love you beauties :)

86th Academy Awards. Flawless head to toe!

The Academy awards. *Sigh*.
It is an event that every human being has dreamt to go.
All year long actresses and actors wait anxiously for the most important event of the year (with the permit of fashion week).

Now, Imagine you filmed a blockbuster movie and you are nominated in 5 categories to won an Oscar, can you imagine the pressure of looking good in the red carpet? Hundreds of cameras from reporters of all the world will capture you maybe 20 shots by second O_o

Or imagine that you are an A-list celebrity, a wealthy heiress, the daughter of a rockstar, or even better you are a rockstar, or a model, or producer, or director, anything, you have a bunch of money in your bank account and every six months you take a long vacation to some five start resort in a private island, but darling, there are many things that money can't buy and other things that only came with genes, like beauty or talent and one of the more useful, good taste and style.

No wonder why a good stylist earns that much! ( I am considering change my career).

I saw the Academy awards pictures in a few magazine's webpages, I really have something to say for every outfit I saw there, some of them gorgeous others like if someone wrapped itself with sorority curtains.

I borrowed some of the Glamour magazine pictures. (What? I wish I could go and take my own pictures too haha)

There were many good outfits in the red carpet but this actor and these actresses know what they are doing (or at least their stylists). They are flawless head to toe. Check them out.

I want to review in detail every centimeter of these gowns, but I am too perfectionist and that will take me 3 hours and 377 more rows (I would do it with pleasure but you neither do I have the time!)
I will try to make a sophisticated resume.

Jennifer Garner, she looked so happy (who doesn't? married with Ben Affleck!) and she brought the sparkle to the red carpet, she looked younger and the strands made her gown dynamic and put the fun element in the scene. Her clutch and jewelry matched perfectly giving her even more shine. The hair, perfect length and color, resting delicately in soft curls at the sides of her head. The lips and nails gave the touch of color to the outfit and the arms, perfectly toned. I think I'm in love.

Sandra Bullock gave to the elegance word a whole new meaning, the blue in her dress is perfect for her skin tone, the satin fabric captured the light, no necklace just a single bracelet and earrings to not overcharge the outfit, neutral makeup giving the dress and hair the attention they deserve, the brown curled hair to the side, very fresh, and the final touch, nail color matching the dress. Definitively my favorite from the night.

Leonardo Dicaprio, He deserve an Oscar since Titanic, everybody knows that! The thing that I like the most in this picture is that he looks so confident, very calmed, his black suit remind me to the most passionate lover ever, James Bond. I love the shiny shoes, the black bow in his neck is very elegant and very appropriate for the magnitude of the event, his hair combed to the back highlight the light brown in his hair and his adorable blue eyes (I'm melting right now). He deserve an Oscar just for his outfit and confidence.

Louise Roe looked like the nature Greek goddess in the red carpet. The one shoulder dress with the lace sleeve make super chic and fun the outfit. The golden clutch is the luxury element here, without it the overall outfit would have been very ordinary. The red nails are very subtle and contrast very nicely because the short length. The hair and makeup were simple and this was necessary because the dress was completely dark green and it was already too much color.

Meryl Streep.  My fav since the devil wears Prada! she is probably already tired of the Oscars, she have won already too many of them. She wore NOT A DRESS! fabulousity!, White and black and gold, could be a more glamorous and elegant color combination? And even better SHE TIED HER HAIR!, Not a dress and not loose hair, how she do it to look this awesome? The answer is simple, she is Meryl Streep. No earrings worked great, the neutral makeup made her look younger, the uncover shoulder made the outfit super sexy. I totally love her!♥

And last but not least Kate Hudson, her skin is her best gown, she should go naked to everywhere haha. Her hair, jewelry and purse combined and looked like crystal against the sunlight, just perfect.
Her dress was so glamorous. White, pure, and sparkle fabric, and the very special about it was that it is symmetric but in a very accurate weird form, very unique, I can't stop seeing it. She looked like a million buck.

If you noticed, you can't see any of the women shoes, and that is how it should be! It was the Academy awards red carpet. Some elegance were needed there :)

Write you next post beauties!
